On June 19, 2024, Mr. Stephane Lucien GIL, the Chief Executive Officer of BIVAC (LAO) CO., LTD., visited the tax officer team at Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge 2 and Savan Logistics at Savannakhet Provinces. On June 24, 2024, he visited the Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge 4 at Bokeo Provinces. The purpose of these visits was to discuss the utilization of the NSWA+ system and collect feedback to improve the system and make it easier to use.

Additional, NSWA+ aims to improve the efficiency of goods circulation, reduce trade capital, and enhance the competitiveness of Lao PDR. This system also aims to make a significant contribution towards the nation's overall socioeconomic development and facilitate seamless integration into the ASEAN single window.
